Credentials

Our curriculum is internationally recognized through our membership with the Yoga Alliance as follows:

 

RYS200
We are a 200-Hour registered yoga school. Upon graduation from the 200-Hour Self-Awakening Yoga and Nosara Yoga Teacher Training, graduates are certified by Don & Amba Stapleton to teach yoga internationally and to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200.

 

 

RYS200
We are a 300-Hour registered school. Upon graduation from the 300-Hour Advanced Self-Awakening Yoga and Nosara Yoga Teacher Training, graduates are certified by Don & Amba Stapleton to teach yoga internationally and to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 500.
(Prerequisite: 200-Hour  Yoga Teacher Training certification from any Yoga Alliance approved school)

 

 

RYS500
We are a 500-Hour registered school. Upon graduation from the Integrated 500-Hour Self-Awakening Yoga or Nosara Yoga Teacher Training, graduates are certified by Don & Amba Stapleton to teach yoga internationally and to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 500.

 

 

RCYS
We are a Children's Yoga registered school. Upon graduation from the 100-Hour Kids-to-Teens Yoga Teacher Training, graduates are certified by Nosara Yoga Institute to teach children's yoga internationally and to register with the Yoga Alliance as a CYT.

 

 

NYI-Yoga-Educator
We are a 1000-Hour yoga school. Upon graduation from the 1000-Hour Nosara Yoga Institute Master Certification, graduates are certified by Nosara Yoga Institute to teach yoga internationally with the 1000-Hour NYT designation.

 




NYI-Yoga-Educator
2000-Hour Authorization to Direct 200-Hour Nosara Yoga Teacher Training. 
For students who have completed 1000-Hour Nosara Yoga Educator Track.

This 1000-Hour Internship includes:

  • Program Assistant at a Nosara Yoga Institute Program
  • Senior Teacher at a Nosara Yoga Institute Program
  • Assistant Director at a Nosara Yoga Institute Program
  • Direct a Nosara Yoga Institute Module
  • Authorized to direct the 200-Hour Nosara Yoga Teacher Training in Your Area
